Three channels: what we learned, and the next videos
28 October 2026 · Trejon · Nothing here gets made or posted until you approve the scripts.
The short version. Each channel gets one job. Your personal channel builds trust and brings in leads, and that's where the real money is. Hear The Answer is the lab where we crack virality, and it can earn from YouTube Shorts. The AI video page grows fast and earns from the AI tool it's made with. That's exactly how the two pages you sent make their money.
Share or funny? Funny, and about you or your friend. None of the big pages ask for shares in the voice. People share a joke or a "this is so you" moment, and they comment when the story asks them a question. We'll test a share line in the caption only, and measure it.
1. Where we are today
| Reel (Hear The Answer) | Type | Views | Likes per view | Shares |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Earth stops spinning | narrated | 2,354 | 2.0% | 0 |
| Dig through the Earth | narrated | 2,311 | 1.7% | 0 |
| Plane door | narrated | 1,901 | 1.5% | 0 |
| Earbuds, hummingbird, star | silent loops | 149-191 | 0-3% | 0 |
The narrated reels did 12x better than the silent loops, so something worked. Each one passes Instagram's first test round (about 2,000 views) and then stops. Instagram's head says the signal that pushes a reel to new people is sends: shares to a friend. We have zero. moderate
2. What the two pages you sent actually do
Both are the same creator, about one week old, with 45K and 39K followers. Both bios carry a code for Flashloop, an AI video app. They're AI-video pages that sell the app they're made with.
| Page | What it does | Best reels | Likes per view |
|---|---|---|---|
| polystoriesdaily | One silly premise that doubles every step: "say bomboclat twice as loud every time". A big counter jumps every ~2.5 s with a real comparison, the camera pulls out to space, and it ends on a punchline. No voice, just text and a meme sound. | 14M, 3.6M, 3.2M | 5-9% |
| stickstoriesdaily | A "you" survival story with jokes and live counters ("Player 47 of 100"). Every part ends "What do you do? Top comment decides Part 5", and the next part opens on the winning comment and names the person who wrote it. | 3.2M, 1.2M, 1M | 4-11% |
Two things we don't do yet: jokes, and speed. Their ladder moves every ~2.5 s and ours every ~8 s. And the "top comment decides" series grew from ~200K to 3.2M views, when most series lose views every part. weak: one creator, 16 reels
Neither page has a video on how the Instagram algorithm works. Your third link was polystoriesdaily again, so please resend the one you meant.
3. The plan for each channel
Your personal channel
Make you the AI person, the way Nick Saraev is. AI topics only.
Your face over your screen, handing people the thing: a tool, a setup, a prompt. Every reel ends "comment AGENT and I'll send it".
Across 1,199 reels from 49 AI creators, a comment keyword got 4.36x more comments, and it held for 22 of 23 creators strong. Tool how-tos got 1.72x more plays moderate.
The DM leads to a free community, then a paid one, with SAGE for business owners as the high-ticket offer. The top AI communities on Skool make $179K-243K a month platform-reported.
Hear The Answer
The virality lab. Every lesson gets tested here first, then copied to the other two.
Keep the narrated "what if YOU" reels, but make them escalation ladders with a joke, a counter that jumps every 2-3 s, and a punchline at the end.
Our reels pass the first 2,000 views and stop, with zero shares. The ladder-plus-humor format got 1.4M-14M on a week-old page weak.
YouTube Shorts pays about $70-330 per million views reported. Instagram pays nothing per view. Connect YouTube in Buffer and every reel earns a little there too.
The AI video page (new)
An anonymous Instagram page where every reel is a short film made with AI video, the same way your two examples are made. Nobody sees your face or your name.
Copy the stickstories mechanic: a "you" story with jokes, live counters, and "top comment decides the next part". Made in Higgsfield.
The bio sells Higgsfield the way they sell Flashloop. The affiliate pays 25% of what people you refer pay for 12 months, and Higgsfield Earn pays creators per video, about $50 typical both reported. Later, the $19 "how I made this" guide and brand clients.
I had picked "Pixel the AI director robot". The data on your two pages beats my guess, so I now recommend the audience-run story instead.
4. The next videos
These are ideas for you to pick from. Scripts come to you before anything gets made.

Your personal channel (AI only, your face over your screen)
The AI video page
Cost: Seedance 2.0 Mini on Higgsfield was 5 credits per 5 seconds at 720p, about $0.05 a second, when we checked on 4 October. That makes a 70-second part about $3.50 price to re-check before spending.
5. The learning database
Yes, it exists now. It lives in content/viral-lab/:
- LESSONS.md: 27 lessons, each with its evidence and how strong that evidence is. Sections: what decides views, the hook, story and pace, engagement and distribution, and money. It covers Kallaway, the 1,199 AI-creator reels, the 127-reel playbook, your two pages, and Instagram's own statements.
- our-posts.csv: every post we publish, with dated snapshots of views, likes and shares. Old numbers are never edited.
- Every Monday, starting 2 November, the weekly review adds new snapshots and marks any lesson our own posts contradict. Reels get ranked by shares per view first.
Three lessons that matter most right now:
- The idea decides the views, not the polish: the same template got 9K and 620K on one channel strong.
- Nothing in a script predicts a hit ahead of time. The best predictor is a creator's last few reels, at 0.68, where 0.5 is a coin flip. So we post often and double down the moment something lands strong.
- Reposting a hit gives you an average reel, never a second hit strong.
6. What I need from you
- Chrome: it crashed when the Mac ran out of memory (now fixed, see below), and the Claude extension is disconnected. Please open Chrome and make sure the extension is on. Then I run the "top AI videos of the last 7 days" scan across the 50 creators.
- Pick the videos you like from section 4, and I write those scripts first.
- AI video page: your go, a new Instagram account made on your phone, and a credit budget for the first 10 parts (about 700 credits at today's prices).
- Personal channel: ManyChat on your Instagram, so "comment AGENT" sends the DM automatically.
- Hear The Answer: connect YouTube in Buffer, and send the third link (the Instagram-algorithm video).
